Le French GourMay pairs delights with Champagne

From the beginning of May to the end, 119 restaurants in Hong Kong and Macau are joining the ninth edition of Le French GourMay festival and presenting gastronomic feasts under the theme of Champagne.
Menus are being specifically paired with Champagnes.
Amber, Bibo, Caprice, Épure, L’Atelier De Joël Robuchon, Robuchon Au Dôme, Seasons by Olivier E., Takumi by Daisuke Mori are presenting gastronomic menus, while 26 fine dining restaurants are joining the celebration - Aberdeen Street Social, Amuse Bouche Restaurant & Wine Bar, Arcane, Ava Restaurant Slash Bar, Brasserie on the Eighth, Dining at Murasaki, Gaddi’s, La Parole, La Table de Patrick, Le 188° Restaurant & Lounge, Les Saveurs Private Kitchen, Maison ES, ON Dining Kitchen & Lounge, Privé, Rech by Alain Ducasse, Restaurant Akrame, Serge et le Phoque, Skye Roofbar & Dining, St. George, The Continental, The French Window, The Manor’s, The Ocean, Upper Modern Bistro, Vida Rica Restaurant, and Whisk.
In addition, 64 casual dining restaurants and 21 Asian restaurants are serving special menus.
More than 30 High-end retail stores in Hong Kong and Macau will offer special Champagnes and products throughout the month.
Special workshops are being offered by Alliance Françase de Macao, Asia Wine Service & Education Centre (AWSEC), French Cooking Education, Heather & March, Hong Kong Baptist University, Hong Kong Sommelier & Bartender Training College, Hong Kong Wine Academy, Hong Kong Wine School, MWM Wine School, Premier Fine Wine Education Centre, Sommelier at Home, Vinex Wine Academy
Also, more than 50 Hong Kong retail outlets have partnered with the festival.
